These terms of use (referred to below as “the Terms of Use”) are only applicable to the website under www.affinityrugged.com.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made at time of order, in U.S. dollars, via credit card, wire, or electronic funds transfer. Net30 terms may be available for established customers, subject to credit approval. Please contact your Affinity sales representative, call Affinity customer service at (800) 923-6846, or email info@affinityenterprises.net. All sales are final. Any applicable taxes and surcharges will be applied to final order during checkout.
Warranty Disclaimer
Affinity Enterprises, LLC is an authorized reseller of Getac and other products sold on www.affinityrugged.com. All products are sold “AS IS.”
Affinity Enterprises, LLC does not make or provide warranty as to the performance of any products sold and expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific application.
Affinity Enterprises, LLC shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the products.
This disclaimer by Affinity Enterprises, LLC does not affect the terms of any Getac or other manufacturer’s warranty for products purchased. All trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners. All products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Please contact the manufacturer to arrange for the warranty handling of all defective or damaged products.
Return Policy
All Getac sales are final. Any clearly damaged packages from the carrier (UPS or FedEx) should be refused, and customer should inform the carrier that they are refusing the order because of damage.
All defects and/or problems must be handled directly with Getac or other respective manufacturer.
Additional Terms
Pricing and quantities are subject to change.
Most Getac products are not in stock, are built to order, and have lead times of 2-8+ weeks, depending on the product. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping must be made to a physical US address.
